Bald, Shiny, Soccer Domes

I was watching Fox Soccer Channel today, and they showed that Giuseppe Franco, Procede commercial for the one billionth time. Even though I'd be happy to never see Mr. Franco again, the commercial did make me want to come up with a post for some prime soccer candidates for Procede. In the immortal words of Giuseppe, "Do sumptin about it."
