MLS Lowest Paid Foreign Imports

Since I already had the information gathered from yesterday's Low-Paid Stats post, I thought I'd continue with the Major League Soccer's Lowest-Paid theme. These are all of the foreign players that somehow ended up in the US and Canada and decided to sign with the league for 'peanuts'. I've also included the last club the players played for prior to signing with MLS.
