These numbers are from the Castrol Index Rankings located here:

On these types of posts, I always break up "European" and UK players (it was labeled as England this time around because only English players were in the Top 5.)

Castrol Rankings use the ratings from the previous 12 months of games played. That is why you see players like Hahnemann and Lampard at the top of their 'region' when they haven't been playing very much this season.
