Having watched Petr Cech, Jason Scotland, Stephen Ireland, and Matt Jordan play in recent weeks, I randomly wondered if there were other soccer players around the world with a country or a national identity in their name. It turns out there are quite a few and the funny thing is, besides Stephen Ireland and Petr Cech, most of these players with a "nation-name" wouldn't qualify to play internationally for the country in their name.
