I don't know why, but I always find it interesting when an article regarding FA cup matchups mentions the league positions and the distance between the teams. I wasn't able to find a list of current table places in England from PL to Conference National, so I put this one together.

I've also included the confirmed and potential matchups for the next round of the FA cup with current overall league positions. Fulham, Wigan, and Aston Villa have the biggest upcoming David/Goliath matchups with all of them being at least 50 places above their upcoming competition.
