Players who have appeared for the US national team such as Ugo Ihemelu, Diego Gutierrez, Stuart Holden, Carlos Llamosa were left off the list even though they are technically 'foreign' players.

  2. No, I didn't include Canadian born players.

    My logic: With the inclusion of Toronto and soon Vancouver, Canadian players are not 'Foreign' in MLS.

    I suppose they were before TFC though so it technically could have gone either way.
