Naturalized Players from the Former Yugoslavia

I've noticed while perusing through player rosters and national team rosters countless times that there are a large amount of players from the former Yugoslavia playing for other national teams (a la Brazil).

Here is a list of players from the former Yugoslavia past and present who have become naturalized citizens of another country creating the opportunity to play for their adopted nation's national team.
