  2. well Portugal has already proved that it's not really an outsider of these competitions, the fact is that the Portuguese league doesn't make much "noise" in Europe as the high money leagues does. Although, Portuguese have shown that you don't need loads of money to shine, and win, European competitions.

    But I reckon that it is still far from the English, Spanish and Italian leagues in terms of attractiveness and intriguing matches.
