I thought about doing that, but with this ...Brett,<br /><br />I thought about doing that, but with this particular list it wouldn't be all that accurate. <br /><br />I used a population cutoff for French and English meaning a couple of dozen small Caribbean and Oceania nations weren't included in this list.
