(England, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain). So Howard is 299 out of those 5 leagues.

Howard is still only the 14th best GK in the EPL according to the rankings. He's currently behind Hahnemann, Van der Sar, Reina, Gomes, Hart, Gordon, Cech, Friedel, Schwarzer, Almunia, Sorensen, Robinson, Given.Steve_TheBestElevenhttp://www.thebesteleven.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2973221944786129741.post-10291270910306878042010-09-30T12:40:59.051-04:002010-09-30T12:40:59.051-04:00i'm surprised Tim Howard is 299th in the Premi...i'm surprised Tim Howard is 299th in the Premier League, thought he would be higherdon't treadnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2973221944786129741.post-56364271757818930742010-09-29T21:36:10.884-04:002010-09-29T21:36:10.884-04:00i think mikel obi should be there rather than song...i think mikel obi should be there rather than songUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12456737285587418185noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2973221944786129741.post-91993086607138803132010-09-29T15:22:20.794-04:002010-09-29T15:22:20.794-04:00Thanks, keep up the good work. Thanks, keep up the good work.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2973221944786129741.post-89794896101518591312010-09-29T15:08:18.481-04:002010-09-29T15:08:18.481-04:00Honestly, I'm not really sure why Hahnemann is...Honestly, I'm not really sure why Hahnemann is ranked so high, he's actually been the best ranked CONCACAF player in Europe for a while now.

I can say that The Castrol Index isn't always about the 'best' individual player, but the players who have the most positive influence on a game for their team.

Apparently Hahnemann is VERY influential for Wolves, at least in the stats that give you a high Castrol rating.

If you've not seen it before, check out the video here: http://www.castrolfootball.com/rankings/about/

It gives a basic explanation of how they come up with these debatable rankings.Steve_TheBestElevenhttp://www.thebesteleven.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2973221944786129741.post-74745503940240652132010-09-29T14:00:08.002-04:002010-09-29T14:00:08.002-04:00Oh, I forgot to add (Hahnemann question)thanks for...Oh, I forgot to add (Hahnemann question)thanks for the list.
