Does Bilbao has a Spain only policy, with a strong preference for folks from the Basque region? That number is too perfect to not have some direction from the club itself....
ReplyDeleteYes, basically if you're not Basque you can't join the club, although the criteria has been slightly relaxed in recent years (according to the always reliable wikipedia).
